The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "When one of you sneezes, let him say Alhamdulillah." If someone says "Yarhamukallah" (May Allah have mercy on you) in response, reply with "Yahdikumullah wa yuslihu balakum" (May Allah guide you and set your affairs straight).
