When visiting someone who is ill
لَا بَأْسَ طَهُورٌ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ
— La ba'sa tahoorun in sha'allah
"No worry, it is a purification (for your sins), if Allah wills."
Sahih al-Bukhari 3616
When visiting someone who is ill
Brings comfort to the sick person and makes their illness a means of purification from sins.
The Prophet (peace be upon him) would place his right hand on the sick person and say this. You can also add: "Allahumma rabbin nas adhhabil ba'sa, ishfi antash shafi, la shifa'a illa shifa'uka shifa'an la yughadiru saqama" (O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove the harm, cure — You are the Healer. There is no cure but Yours, a cure that leaves no illness).
