Juz Amma begins with Surah An-Naba and ends with Surah An-Nas. It contains Surah Al-Fatiha, Surah Al-Ikhlas, Surah Al-Falaq, Surah An-Nas, and 33 other beautiful surahs. These are the words of Allah that every Muslim carries in their heart.

Both are valuable. Reading correctly is the minimum for every Muslim. Memorizing Juz Amma gives you surahs to use in salah for life — we recommend combining reading with gradual memorization.
Yes. Juz Amma is the 30th and final juz of the Quran. It is called Juz Amma because it begins with Surah An-Naba, which starts with the word "Amma" (عَمَّ).
