Terms of Service

By registering with or using Sidq Quran Academy International ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform or enrolling in any of our courses.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• Children under 18 must enrol under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

2. Free Trial Week

New students are entitled to one free trial week of classes. The trial week is available once per student. We reserve the right to withdraw the free trial offer at any time for new registrations.

3. Class Scheduling and Attendance

• Classes are scheduled in advance between the student and their assigned teacher.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please give at least 24 hours' notice.
• Classes cancelled without notice may be counted as attended for billing purposes.
• Teachers will wait up to 10 minutes for a student to join before the class is considered missed.
• If a teacher is unable to attend a scheduled class, a replacement or rescheduled class will be arranged at no cost.

4. Payments and Fees

• Fees are agreed upon at the time of enrolment and may vary depending on the course, number of classes per week, and session duration.
• Payment is typically due in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and other methods as communicated during enrolment.
• Fees are non-refundable for classes already attended.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel your enrolment at any time by notifying us in writing.
• Refunds for prepaid, unused classes will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• We do not offer refunds for missed classes without prior notice (see Section 3).

6. Code of Conduct

All students, parents, guardians, and teachers must treat one another with respect. The following are not permitted on our platform:

• Abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate language or behaviour.
• Recording of classes without the explicit written consent of both parties.
• Sharing class content, teacher contact details, or login credentials with third parties.
• Any conduct that is contrary to Islamic values and etiquette.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate access for any user who violates this code of conduct.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including course materials, lesson content, blog articles, and design — is the intellectual property of Sidq Quran Academy International and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence in all our teaching, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from our courses.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sidq Quran Academy International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email where reasonably possible.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings.
