When feeling angry or furious
أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ
— A'oodhu billahi minash shaytanir rajeem
"I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan."
Sahih al-Bukhari 6115 & Sahih Muslim 2610
When feeling angry or furious
Anger is from Shaytan. This simple dua drives away Shaytan and calms the anger instantly.
The Prophet (peace be upon him) advised: "If a man gets angry, let him say: I seek refuge in Allah from Shaytan." (Bukhari). If standing, sit down. If still angry, lie down. Anger is a spark from Shaytan — extinguish it with this dua.
