Immediately after completing Wudu
أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ
— Ashhadu alla ilaha illallah wahdahu la sharika lah, wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan abduhu wa rasuluh
"I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, with no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger."

Immediately after completing Wudu
All eight gates of Paradise are opened for you. The Prophet said whoever recites this after wudu will enter Paradise from any gate they wish.
After finishing your wudu, face the Qibla and recite this. The Prophet also recommended adding: "Allahumma ij'alni minat tawwabeen waj'alni minal mutatahhireen" (O Allah, make me among those who repent and purify themselves).
