أَقِمِ الصَّلَاةَ لِدُلُوكِ الشَّمْسِ إِلَىٰ غَسَقِ اللَّيْلِ وَقُرْآنَ الْفَجْرِ ۖ إِنَّ قُرْآنَ الْفَجْرِ كَانَ مَشْهُودًا

"Establish prayer at the decline of the sun until the darkness of the night and [also] the Quran at dawn. Indeed, the recitation of dawn is ever witnessed."
