Surah Ar-Rum 30:17-18

فَسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ حِينَ تُمْسُونَ وَحِينَ تُصْبِحُونَ * وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَعَشِيًّا وَحِينَ تُظْهِرُونَ

"So exalt Allah when you reach the evening and when you reach the morning. And to Him is [all] praise throughout the heavens and the earth. And [exalt Him] at the afternoon and when you reach the noontime."

Why Dhuhr (Noon Prayer) Is Important

Dhuhr is the second daily prayer. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said whoever prays 4 rakats before and 4 after Dhuhr will be forbidden from the Hellfire. (Tirmidhi)
It serves as a spiritual break in the middle of the day, reminding the believer of Allah amidst worldly activities.
On Fridays, Dhuhr is replaced by the Friday prayer (Jumu'ah), which includes a sermon (khutbah) and is a congregational obligation.
